GoCardless connection logs/requisition for failed K&H connection

I am trying to re-connect my K&H account to synci, based in Hungary. it was working perfectly fine until now. Now, K&H authentication succeeds, but immediately after successful authentication K&H returns a generic technical error. Who could check the GoCardless connection logs/requisition for my failed K&H connection?
